How It Works

  1. Send the job. Email your images and job details: your PO# or WO#, a brief scope and any client logo art. For permit jobs, include the correct job address.
  2. Confirmation. We reply fast, usually within 30–60 minutes, confirming receipt and asking any qualifying questions. For complex jobs (large wall coverings, big storefront window graphics, vehicle and trailer wraps) we may call to get every detail right, and we're always happy to join a planning call with your client. The clock starts only when design work begins.
  3. Design & proof. We design, then proof on your proofing template or a branded one we build for you.
  4. Revise. Two revision rounds included on single jobs, three on monthly plans.
  5. Production-ready files delivered in the formats your equipment needs.

Revision Rounds Included

Single jobs include two rounds of revisions; jobs on a monthly plan include three rounds. A revision is an adjustment to work that is already in the agreed scope: changing a color, moving or resizing an element, swapping a font, fixing text, tweaking a layout.

A revision is not a new job, an extra deliverable, a new design direction, another size or version, or added pieces that weren't in the scope. Those are quoted and billed as new work.

Changes past the included rounds, or anything outside the agreed scope, are billed separately at the hourly rate (or against your monthly plan hours).
